The Team at Belco BingLee are superstars! I was in a time crunch one arvo after work to buy a microwave. With an easy phone call the team had the item ready for me to pick as they were closing. In at 5:27 out by 5:28. These guys are awesome. Cheers again!!

I bought a Sony TV last Sunday. I went to this store because I liked their Google reviews. At the store, Jackson gave me the product information and the service I was looking for. It helped me a lot, so I bought it without hesitation. The warehouse staff also kindly delivered the TV to my car. I will make my next purchase with Being Lee again.

I'm giving Bing Lee Belconnen 5 stars for good service and fast delivery. I purchased a refrigerator from them online, and it was delivered the next day! The man who delivered it, even adjusted the feet so the fridge was perfectly level.

Their service is excellent. The click and collect feature is impressively quick; my order is ready for pickup just a minute after placing it. The staff members are friendly and always willing to help.

Five stars rating is not even enough. I received such a great experience dealing with salespersons over there. Bought the washing machine from Bing Lee. Prior to purchasing, I asked staff where the machines were made. They attentively look up on many models I was choosing. They did price match and ensured I received the best deal. After purchased, I found out that the space in my apartment may not be able to fit the product. I contacted them before the delivery. My purchase got swapped to a new model and price adjustments with some speedy refund. Staff there are the best. Their services are exceptional.

We had many items to purchase and Pradeep took all the time we needed. He was very knowledgeable about the products and not at all pushy. He understood our needs and budget and worked accordingly. He was happy to price match or do better than the competition. For someone who hates shopping it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

I have had at least two great experiences shopping at the Bing Lee store in Belconnen. One in 2020 and one about a week ago. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is well lit, air conditioned and has a great range of things to look at and enough space to move around comfortably. On the most recent occasion I bought a portable air conditioner and I’m really happy with the service that was provided. Cheers!!
